After attending a Professional Development session about using LiM in the classroom, a special education teacher took strategies and implemented them into her resource classroom. Here you can see students from her caseload synergizing to develop a classroom mission statement. These students work in small groups and come to this class at a variety of times and for many different purposes. They worked together to create a mission statement that would be beneficial to all by putting their own ideas on a sticky note and compiling them into one statement.
Students worked to create notes for high school seniors to read and reflect on following their graduation ceremony.
