3.3 Leadership Events

School-wide Events: Homecoming and prom are student led, fundraisers, PBIS celebrations, TV screen outside gym, website/social media posts, Club Engagement Day, board meetings, Computer Maintenance Course specifically (Digital Media Pathway, Drones & Robotics Pathway).

Community Events: Futures Day is facilitated by students, learning walks facilitated by student tour guides to expose community members to all of the great things happening within our schools. Inspire Others talent show, school play, concessions, graduation, band/choir events, pork chop supper. Chrome Depot (Computer Maintenance) hosts an annual event that gathers all student tech leaders throughout the district together to collaborate and celebrate successes throughout the school year.

Club Engagement Day

Futures Day is facilitated by a group of students and teachers. From calling and emailing potential community partners to welcoming them into the building the day of the event to filming and compiling drone footage, student leaders are part of every step of the process to make this annual event successful.
