4.2 Leadership Roles

Student Lighthouse Team: Lighthouse action teams have specific student roles– student facilitator and student notetaker. Subcommittees are student interest based, and are facilitated by students.

Direction and Goals: Lead Team members used Action Planning Forms to organize their action team projects. Systems are being created to track their project accomplishment and to celebrate these results.

Team Empowerment: opportunities abound and students make decisions regularly. Opportunistic and impromptu leadership roles - WIG meetings, events, and tours.
