A system is in place for students to develop individual WIGs using developmentally appropriate goal pages that is written in a “From X to Y by When” format. There are a wide variety of student goals. Examples could include filling out reading logs and being able to present their work using their leadership portfolios. However, one of the individual WIGs are aligned with the classroom WIG which is then tied to the school-wide WIG. We had to think outside the box for accountability partners for preschool students, so we have a system in place for families to take on that role.
