Teachers work together in grade level or area teams to create a cadence of accountability for not only the students in their classroom but in the entire building.
Students are tracking her progress toward her goal of reading 100 books by the end of the year on a scoreboard outside the classroom.
Community members came, volunteered, and talked about the importance of meeting expectations and goals and celebrated a grade level’s success in reaching their WIGs.
Students worked hard to achieve their WIGS for an entire quarter and were rewarded with a “Pancakes & Pajamas” party.
