6.1 - Leadership Portfolios

Students use a variety of resources when tracking their progress toward their WIGs.

Portfolios aren’t just for academics. Students are also using them to reflect personal goals and to celebrate their peers for their talents and strengths.

Our students use their leadership portfolios to easily see which WIGs they have and which they still need to be focused on. Students take accountability for their own WIGs as well their accountability partners.

Students independently track their progress in their data binders.
