The Principals and the Lighthouse Coordinators work collaboratively to model, advocate, and continuously support a deeper understanding of Leader in Me throughout the school community. Principals and the RES LHCs consistently attend and facilitate RES Lighthouse Meetings. Meetings of the Leadership Team, Culture Team, and Academic Systems Team are also regularly attended by Principals and the LHCs. To best equip the team to engage and inspire others, administrators and the LHCs actively participate in all coaching sessions with our Franklin Covey coach, Jen Hearn, and attend LiM Community Learning Days to share genius with other schools and develop a network of partners.
Principals and LHCs attend all action team meetings, which are led by school staff members.
Principals and LHCs regularly attend Leader in Me Community Learning Days and participate in ALL training days provided by Franklin Covey.
Principals and Coordinators promote and model the paradigm of “Change Starts with Me” at the expectation stations.
Principals have their WIGs visible for teachers to model the 7 habits and celebrate measurable results.
