Our Staff Lighthouse/Leadership Team meets once a month and is led by the school’s lighthouse coordinator. The first time we meet, we assign roles and make sure that each person is involved on an action team. Our goal is to have a representative from each action team to communicate with the leadership/lighthouse team. During these meetings we discuss what each action team is working on, how we can provide support, and help with implementation. We also discuss District Lighthouse news, as well as other District Action Team initiatives.

Staff Action Teams
Staff members run action teams based on their interests. Other members also get assigned roles such as note taker, time keeper, etc. At the end of each year staff members select the action team(s) they want to participate with in the following year. They also choose to lead an action team.
Committees plan for yearly big rocks to display to keep them focused throughout the school year. View the action teams here.
