Students set academic goals in math and reading as well as lead measures to support those goals. Classroom routines include weekly check ins of individual lead measures, and students track their progress and celebrate their victories. Students meet with their accountability partners on a regular basis to discuss their growth. Teachers are supported in this work with a scope and sequence of goal setting.
