Students have leadership portfolios with consistent sections that stay with them throughout their time at Riddle Elementary. In the classroom, our leadership portfolios are used for daily/weekly academic progress tracking, goal setting, and documents/artifacts that celebrate our leadership and learning! Students consistently update and track their progress and meet with accountability partners for reflection.

Early in the year, students decorate and refresh their leadership portfolio. They are proud of their work!
Throughout the year, students share data, classroom roles, and leadership roles from their portfolios.
In the end, student leadership portfolios show students’ goals and accomplishments.
A system is provided for teachers and staff to have aligned sections.
