Each department at MHS created a WIG and lead measures to support student growth on PreACT/ACT. Most departments used the MAP benchmark as a way to monitor progress. Teachers scoreboard their work with each lead measure. Instructional Coaches display department progress in their rooms. Each team member shares their progress during the department meetings.
