Team WIGS:
Each action team has WIGS and Lead Measures connected to our MRA Data.
Each pathway at LIFT counts completion of lead measures weekly for every student at LIFT. This connects to our school wide WIG; LIFT will go from 0% students to 90% of students completing their personal lead measures weekly.
Clear Team Lead Measures:
LIFT Action Teams report monthly on goal achievement. Weekly collaboration amongst our entire team is used as our accountability session. Our scoreboard is kept digitally.
Lead measures for our pathways are:
Weekly monitoring of students lead measures by facilitators during 1 on 1 check ins. Facilitators record student completion on our whole building digital scoreboard.
Daily reminder to students to update their personal scoreboards
Compelling Scoreboards:
Daily structures support updating scoreboard daily for staff and students.
Individual scoreboard on each floor as well as a digital scoreboard show progress and completion for each pathway and session.
Cadence of Accountability:
Weekly whole group accountability and weekly one on one accountability sessions.
