When you walk through our front doors you will truly feel the dedication we have to leadership and improving our physical environment. We’ve aimed to make our school a creative learning environment for preschool students. Since moving the preschool program to our current building 5 years ago, we have continually strived to showcase our “Leader in Me” principles and values. In doing this, our school environment has morphed into a place that is happy, welcoming, and truly embodies what a LiM preschool should look and feel like. All pods have class mission statements and “Leader in Me” displays for students and families to see when they enter the classrooms.

Butterfly Garden
We have worked extensively on our butterfly garden to give students a chance to visit and take care of nature by forming gardening jobs throughout the school year. We have partnered with several community agencies to help us with the project. We also had a gardening day where parents and children learned how to dig in the soil and plant flowers. We created a checklist of jobs that need to be accomplished and each pod takes turns taking care of the garden and assigning students to be the “gardener.”
