3.2 - Social-Emotional Environment

Language of Leadership: Facilitators foster independence and the language of leadership. This can be seen through our Coffee Bean celebrations, LIFT awards, and certifications/achievement.


Staff Trust: Self paced learning for students. Staff rotate leadership lessons. Staff versatility to assist one another - intentional language of leadership in facilitator/student one on ones


Student Trust: Regional school friendships/bonds made. Student confidence and collaborative learning. Students lead daily routines/system/tours.


Family Trust: Parent testimonies and holiday events build trust. Advisory board participation from families. Families extend trust by allowing students to drive to and from LIFT daily.
