Pathfinding: Each pathway has an Advisory Board. LiM systems are in place for staff and students. School-wide WIGs are aligned to our school improvement plan.
Aligning: Action teams represent culture, leadership, and academic. Leadership roles are defined within each action team (Team leader, note taker, action planner). Coffee Bean recognizes achievements. Representatives from each building action team also participate on district level action teams. School Improvement Plan connects directly to school wide WIGS.
Empowering: Teachers mentor student action teams. 7 Habits booster sessions are determined by student voice. Action teams surveyed students to collect student voice for decision making.
Modeling: Lead teams consist of representatives from all pathways and include diversity from regional schools. Lead teams report out on progress monthly. Lead teams gather student voice to guide the creation of Action Teams.
