Student Action Teams: All students are invited to participate in action teams. Students have choice when participating in action teams and are guided to serve in areas connected with their own unique talents and strengths. Action teams review data from our MRA survey to determine the needs of the building and form the work of their team around that data.
School Leadership: Administration and Lighthouse Coordinator are open to students' ideas. Student’s ability to voice their opinions and approachability of administration is supported by student survey data.
